Credit Cards & Debit Cards
We accept VISA CARD, MASTER CARD and we accept debit cards from all banks issued in the UAE. By providing us with your credit or debit card information, you authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for the full amount of your purchases on our site.
All credit and debit card payments on The Little Aviator are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading service providers. The Little Aviator uses the latest 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information and transfer it securely for payment processing.
The Little Aviator strives to provide you with a secure online transaction experience. All your online transactions are protected and secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. It encrypts your credit card and relevant information throughout the transaction process. This encryption makes your shopping experience secure.
The Little Aviator does not store credit card, debit card numbers, CVV / security codes, pins, and expiration dates on any of its servers and collects them only in one session while a transaction is being processed. However, this information may be stored by risk management / fraud management systems of banks / payment gateways that are authorized to do so. The Little Aviator cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online. Risk management / fraud management systems are used to ensure that payment card fraud is kept to a minimum and that all necessary payment card information is safe for you, the payment card industry and The Little Aviator. Credit card details will never be passed to third parties by The Little Aviator for any reason.
The Little Aviator is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
Payment notification
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24h. Refunds will be made as stated in the refund section below.
Cash on delivery
You can also pay cash on delivery. In this case you pay cash to the courier upon acceptance of the goods. Cash on delivery payments are accepted for orders with a total invoice value of up to 4,000 AED.
Refund of payment
For refunds of credit card or debit card payments, please contact our customer service team. You will received the refund to your bank account/credit card which was used for the purchase, it will be processed by the bank/payment gateway within within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card of the order cancellation (please note that online refunds can only be issued once against an order). Payments by DD / cash on delivery will be processed within 15 days after receipt of the bank details from you.
Refunds for returned products will be offered as soon as we receive the products back from you (and they are not in damaged condition and have been accepted by us after our quality inspection). Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you and initiate the exchange of unavailable products or the refund against the products of your choice if we are unable to process the order.
Shipping policy
The Little Aviator primary market is the UAE. However we deliver our products to all parts of the World. The delivery fees for the UAE is is 29 AED per order and free shipping for orders above 199 AED. For international shipping the amount will be mentioned on the checkout page as the rates are calculated, depending country, location and applied discounts.
We are planning to open soon stores in Europe and the USA to be closer to you, enhance the order experience and lower the transportation costs.
We ship on all days except Fridays and national holidays.
Estimated delivery time:
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries.
The Little Aviator will ensure a pleasant customer experience by delivering the products according to the estimated delivery date shown above. However, there may be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undefined logistical challenges over which The Little Aviator has no control is not liable and would urge its users to cooperate as The Little Aviator is constantly trying to prevent such occurrences.
Tracking packages
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link, allowing you to track the shipping status of your order. You can also go to the Order Tracking page and enter the Order ID and the Billing email address to receive details and the Tracking ID. If you have an account with us, you can find the tracking details in your account under your orders. View the specific order to access the Tracking ID.
Unavailability on delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please include your mobile phone number in the delivery address as this will help us to deliver faster.
